For the white Cyc and green screen use only, we provide 3 lights (2 soft boxes and 1 overhead light). For all other sets, lights are available for rental. Please contact us for current equipment list and pricing.

Each production is responsible for providing their own water, paper plates, cups, forks, spoons, knives, napkins, or paper towels if the crew will be eating. We keep our cost low by not providing these items to productions. However, we do provide hand soap,and garbage bags. Productions are allowed to use our props at no additional costs. All items must be returned in the original condition. We highly encourage productions to bring in any additional props you may need to dress your sets to achieve the look you want.

Yes we do. Just send us pictures of what you need and we will quote you the price.

Yes, the studio may be painted to suit your production needs. Just let the studio manager know your needs a week in advance. Pictures may be hung using double- sided tape. We do not allow nails to be drilled into the flats.

A 25% deposit is due to secure the space. The deposit can be paid via cash, check, or credit card. The balance is due at the time of booking. We accept cash, or credit cards only to pay the balance.

Yes. Productions must have proper liability insurance to build sets.

Yes. We have 3 parking spaces in a secured lot. There is ample free street parking on El Dorado Street.

No. All prep time and clean up times must take place during the booking hours. Additional time can be purchased to prep as needed.

You will be charged for the full hour. We do not prorate this time. We rent the space by the hour, and if your production is still in there, we cannot rent the space to another production.

We are available 24 hours for filming. The studio is shown by appointment only. Please call to make an appointment.
